Terms of Use & EULA — Manifest
Last updated: September 9, 2026
By using Manifest, you agree to the following:
- Manifest is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Always keep backups of important files — Manifest's “Copy to new folder” mode is designed to be the safe default for exactly this reason.
- QuietByte Studio is not liable for data loss or damage resulting from use of this app.
- The Manifest Pro unlock is a one-time purchase processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's standard refund policies, not ours directly.
- These terms may be updated occasionally; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Apple Standard EULA
If you download Manifest from the Mac App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These Manifest terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA.
